VITAL OPTIONS, INC. 

Vital Options, Inc. was organized in 2007 and operates exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, more specifically, a multiple needs organization to enhance the quality of life for people with mental retardation, physical disabilities and mental illness.

Vital Options, Inc. provides Day Habilitation, Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL).   Vital Options, Inc. long term goals are: to develop and manage an interdisciplinary day habilitation program for people with disabilities, to provide community services for elderly people and underprivileged minority pre-teens and teenagers girls; to sponsor meetings and workshops about how to obtain and maintain services; to educate the general public about the funding needs of organizations that provide services for people with disabilities.
